Yoga Basics
Learn the basics principles and poses of yoga. A workshop-style class designed for those new to yoga or revisiting the foundations.

Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing practice that links breath with movement through a series of poses. Each class offers modifications for all levels, allowing beginners and experienced practitioners alike to find balance, strength, and flow.

Power Yoga
A dynamic and energizing practice that challenges strength, stamina, and focus. Designed to spark your inner fire, this class is ideal for those with prior yoga experience seeking a healthy challenge.

Gentle Yoga
A gentle, slow-paced class that emphasizes joint mobility, healthy posture, and mindful movement—ideal for anyone looking for a soothing and supportive approach to yoga.

Yin Yoga
A deeply meditative practice featuring long-held postures that release tension in the connective tissues. Expect quiet stillness, increased flexibility, and a sense of profound calm.

Restorative Yoga
A healing practice using props to fully support the body in restful poses. Gentle and nourishing, it promotes deep relaxation and soothes the nervous system — perfect for stress relief.

Pilates Classes

Classical Pilates
A strength-based practice rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method. Focuses on core stability, posture, and controlled movement to build strength and flexibility from the inside out.

Pilates Fusion
A creative blend of Pilates fundamentals with elements of yoga and functional fitness. This class combines strength, balance, and flow for a dynamic full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized.

Power Pilates
A dynamic and energizing Pilates class designed to build strength, endurance, and core stability. This practice challenges the body with controlled, powerful movements while maintaining focus on alignment, balance, and mindful breath.

Jaylyn Bernachi is a 500-RYT Yoga Teacher, Women’s Yoga Therapist, and Continuing Education Provider. Her teaching style blends spiritual and energetic practices with grounded, accessible approaches, creating classes that are both nurturing and practical. Passionate about health, wellness, and the natural world, Jaylyn has been guiding students in the Windsor-Essex area since 2016 and sharing her offerings globally online through innerswim.com since 2019.

Abby Gorgerat is a dancer, choreographer, vintage expert, entrepreneur and Pilates Instructor. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She is the founder and CEO of the small business Styled Staples Vintage, to fulfill her passion for sustainable fashion.

Abby is a certified Mat Pilates instructor who is working towards achieving their comprehensive certification nationally and with Balanced Body.

Hi there! My name is Kate and I'm a certified 200 RYT and Pilates instructor. After experiencing a decline in my own well-being from having an active lifestyle to all of a sudden working from home and slowing down my own movement, I had an "aha" moment to start moving once again, and this time, it hasn't stopped. I was initially drawn to yoga, but then discovered the importance of building strength through Pilates to support my practice and prevent injury. Now, with the deepening of my knowledge I've become more passionate about helping others to confidently move consistently.

I'm excited to embark on this new journey and hope to see you soon!

With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I bring a deep understanding of the body, health, and healing to my work as a Yoga Instructor. My passion for wellness and the mind-body connection naturally led me to yoga, where I continue to support others on their path to well-being.

In my classes, I offer a sacred space for mindful movement with a focus on alignment, breath, and meeting each student where they are. The practice is designed to cultivate resilience, strength and inner peace.
